Behind those drums is 14-year-old Dan, a young fan who has become a big part of creating the atmosphere on matchday. His efforts have been praised by fellow fans, and we thought it was time to give him the recognition he deserves. I caught up with Dan to find out where it all started. Dan said: "I started when I was 12. I was inspired by other drummers in Super League and decided to order myself a drum. I had to learn very quickly in time for the first game. I’ve now been doing it for two years, and in February next year it will be four years. I’m now 14 and still going strong and better than ever. Although I have a fractured wrist, I decided to still carry on!" 🥁💪 Now THAT is dedication! Fans like Dan are what make Rugby League special.
