Agency Leaders on Negative AI Impact on Workload for Resource Guru
I am writing an article on the negative impacts
of AI on agency workloads.
I am specifically looking for agency leaders who have seen and
experienced the negative impacts of AI on their agency's
workload.
Perhaps this is because clients believe AI should make
deliverables faster and/or cheaper but in reality it's actually
leading to more processes, unreliastic expectations, squeezed
margins and higher workloads.
Questions to consider:
* Can you share an example where AI actually made a project
harder or longer?
* Do you feel clients underestimate the real cost of integrating
AI into workflows?
* What pressure have you felt from clients to “do more with less”
because of AI?
* Are your teams spending more time fixing AI outputs than
actually creating?
* Has AI made client negotiations harder on price?
* Do you think AI is actually raising the bar for agencies rather
than lowering it?
Please provide 100 - 200 words maximum.
Priority given to answers that are specific and unique, and
include examples. Bonus if not written by AI.
