Major Crave Docuseries on Barry & Honey Sherman in Production – Seeking Sources & Connections.
Hir/barryandhoneysherman,
We wanted to come directly to this community to announce thatDead of Winter—a major documentary series about the lives, legacy, and tragic deaths of Barry and Honey Sherman—is officially in production and will be airing globally and on Crave.
This is a massive project backed by some of the biggest media partners in the country, and it is being built to be the definitive account of this story in time for the tenth anniversary in December 2027.
We know this subreddit has spent years untangling the timelines, dissecting the investigation, and keeping this case in the public eye. Because of the sheer scale of this production, we want to bring this community in. Our goal is to cut through the tabloid noise and create the most thorough, accurately researched account ever put to film, and to do that, we are leaving no stone unturned.
What we are looking for:We are actively looking to connect with anyone who has personal connections to the Sherman family, former Apotex employees, individuals adjacent to the investigation, or anyone sitting on information, documents, or leads that haven't been shared publicly.
What we are offering:We know that stepping forward or sharing research takes real time and effort. We are fully prepared to offerseries credits and/or monetary compensationfor your time, interviews, or materials.
If you have a missing piece of the puzzle, a personal anecdote, or deep-dive research you think deserves a global platform, we want to hear from you.
How to reach out:Please send us a DM right here on Reddit. We can start with a completely confidential, off-the-record conversation to discuss what you might know and what participation could look like.
Thank you for all the work and discussion this community generates. We look forward to speaking with some of you.
