EXCLUSIVE: Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H)'s new director, Alicia Jackson, told me her vision includes MAHA-aligned projects around longevity, biomedical innovation and rare and neurodegenerative diseases. ARPA-H has announced other MAHA-aligned projects in recent months. Jackson shared her vision for ARPA-H with me on the same day as President Trump proposed to slash the agency's budget by 37 percent from $1.5 billion to $945 million in fiscal 2027.
