Baristas & Cafe Owners - Grinder-Espresso Sync & Cold Brew Swaps

Hi #specialtycoffee folks! Checking in with a source request this morning. I'm working on two sponsored stories over at Fresh Cup Magazine and would love to speak with: 1) Baristas, managers, coffee shop owners who would be willing to chat about their experience with grinder & espresso machine connectivity on the bar (think Sync System from La Marzocco & Mahlkönig, Dalla Corte Grinder Control System, etc.) Ideally looking for those who use this equipment at their cafe, mobile carts, pop-ups, etc. 2) Coffee shop owners and/or managers who are replacing espresso with cold brew in traditional and signature/seasonal cafe drinks.
