Bellingham Salmon Return Case Studies for The Front

Looking for citizen interviews - chum & coho salmon return Hello, I’m a student reporter for The Front this fall and I’m looking to interview Bellingham community members personally impacted by the return of chum and coho salmon this season, especially citizen scientists with NSEA’s salmon spotting program. I’m also looking for people who have attended past salmon spotting events hosted by NSEA. I’m currently writing an article about the return of chum and coho salmon to Whatcom County for the fall, more specifically the NSEA salmon spotting events hosted in the wake of their return.
