Birmingham Tenants - Evicted Days Before Renters' Rights Act

I've recently interviewed an amazing group of tenants who this week received, out of the blue, eviction notices. The property they have lived in for years as model tenants with spotless histories has just been sold to an investment company - and lo and behold, just days before the new Renters' Rights Act comes into force tomorrow, they've had their marching orders.
