Black UK Military Veterans & Families - Remembrance Stories
The Royal British Legion, in partnership with the National Memorial Arboretum, is helping to capture and present the stories of Black military service as part of this year’s Remembrance period.
If you are a veteran, a member of a veteran’s family, or have a relative — whether a parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, brother or sister — who has served in the UK Armed Forces, we want to hear your story.
Every story matters. By sharing photographs, memories and experiences of military service, you can help ensure that the contribution of Black servicemen and women is recorded, preserved and presented for future generations.
Your family’s story is part of our history. Help us make sure it is remembered.
