Burial Plot Owners Unable to Sell Near Celebrities

Does anyone have a burial plot near famous people they cannot sell? Hi all, I'm a writer working on a story about people who cannot get rid of their burial plots even if they are in close proximity to celebrities. Although some plots have auctioned for millions others still struggle. Has anyone had issues with selling their plots that are no longer needed?
