CAN WE HAVE COFFEE? As I am working on the Before You Decide Operator Guide, I'd love to speak with a few more businesses to understand the variables in your industry and practice and how they support your unique business's decisions. Criteria: 📆 In business at least 3 years 👥️ Carry W-2 employees, not only contractors. We can chat virtually or in person. I will not use anything we speak about in the book, unless you were a client of mine and provide me your express permission. There will be no judgment, sales, coaching or consulting. And nothing we discuss can be wrong, bad, or off the table in this endeavor. This is solely to ensure that everything in the next volume is as accurate as possible and I have the widest possible perspective. Particularly in the industries that I don't have experience. All are welcome to participate, as long as you meet the criteria above and are willing to chat. I'm serious- all industries, business sizes, entity types and revenue levels are welcome.
