That question led me to start something I've been wanting to do for a while, and I'm really glad it did. I'm putting together a series of interviews with people who've had non-linear career paths. Not the polished LinkedIn version but the real one. The pivot that scared you, the in-between that was messier than you expected, and what it actually took to get where you are today.
