Clevelanders' experiences with medical debt forgiveness Hello! My name is Celia, and I am a fellow at Midstory, a Toledo-based nonprofit newsroom (midstory.org). I am currently working on a story about medical debt and healthcare access in Cleveland. I'm interested in hearing from residents of Cleveland who had medical debt forgiven by the city. This would have been in 2023 or 2024, and you would have received a letter in the mail informing you that a particular debt had been paid.
