Collector Interview on Bootleg & Recast Figure Community

Looking to interview a knowledgeable collector about bootlegs and recasts (for a university project) Hey everyone! I'm writing a feature story for a journalism class in university about bootleg figures and recast garage kits (e2046). I'm looking for collectors who have experience with this side of the hobby and can speak about it from a community perspective. I'm hoping to talk to someone who can explain things like how they spot bootlegs, why recasts have become so common, what their own experiences have been when buying or seeing fakes, how the community views recasts compared to originals and how all of this affects sculptors, creators and small shops.
