We’re heading back to NBC Connecticut’s CT Live on September 3.
I’m grateful for another opportunity to talk about Gamer's Guild Ct, what we’ve learned from the first season of the Nutmeg Circuit, and what we’re beginning to build for Season 2.
But I also want to use this opportunity for something bigger.
Connecticut has an incredible gaming community, and I believe there is still a lot of untapped potential in connecting competitive gaming, schools, youth programs, local businesses, venues and community organizations.
As we begin planning Season 2, some of the conversations I’m interested in having include:
Expanding the Nutmeg Circuit, including exploring Tekken
Working with schools and youth programs to create stronger pathways into competitive gaming
Finding venues interested in hosting future Circuit stops and events
Developing meaningful sponsorships and brand partnerships
Collaborating with other organizers, creators and gaming communities across Connecticut
And while Gamer’s Guild CT has been given the opportunity to appear on television, I don't want that opportunity to only be about us.
If we have 4–5 minutes to put Connecticut gaming in front of a larger audience, I want to use that time to show that there is an entire community here worth paying attention to.
So I’m opening the door early.
If you represent a venue, school, brand, community organization, gaming program or business and see an opportunity for us to work together, I’d love to connect.
And if you're already doing something meaningful within Connecticut gaming that deserves more attention, I want to hear about that too.
Season 2 is still being built.
That means now is the perfect time to have the conversation.
