Contractors & Plant Operators in Point Lisas - Prequal Changes

After 13+ years operating plants at Point Lisas, I'm starting to write about the part of safety nobody photographs: the paperwork. Risk assessments. Permit to work. Incident reports. Contractor prequal. These systems exist to protect the job, and most days they do. But anybody on the frontline knows the other days too. The RA that fights the task it's supposed to cover. The crew held at the gate over one missing cert while the window for the job closes. Since STOW ended in January, the contractor side has been shifting. Every operator is running their own prequal now, and the whole sector is figuring it out as it goes. I don't have answers, just a front row seat and plenty questions. Here's the first one: If you bid on, mobilized for, or prepared prequal packages for work this year, what did it actually look like compared to before? Stories welcome, no names needed. Comments and DMs open.
