Over the past six months, I've hosted 5 webinars and interviews on Data & AI Literacy. And somewhere along the way, I realized something. My favorite part wasn't presenting slides. It wasn't preparing frameworks. It was the conversation. Sitting with someone who has spent years working in this field, asking questions, going deeper into their experience, challenging ideas, and uncovering those insights that you would probably never find in a whitepaper or a Google search. So I've decided I want to do more of this. I'm starting a new interview series focused on one question: How do we actually build Data & AI Literacy inside organizations? I want to speak with people who are doing this in the real world: building programs, experimenting, failing, scaling, measuring impact, changing behaviors, and figuring out what actually works.
