Seeking D.C. 7-OH Users for Interview My name is Elias Garcia, and I am a student journalist for the investigative magazine, AWOL, at American University. I'm working on a story about the DEA’s proposed emergency scheduling of 7-OH (an alkaloid of Kratom), specifically how it will affect the Washington D.C. community.
