Drone Operator Needed for Ueno Park Tokyo Filming Nov 6

Looking for a drone operator in Ueno Park! Hi everybody, I'll be doing some filming for a documentary project in Tokyo and we're planning to shoot some drone footage of a group of people in Ueno Park on the 6th of November. I'm struggling a bit to find a drone operator and informations regarding the filming restrictions, anyone can help here? Thanks a lot, Lorenzo
