Dutch-Speaking Disgruntled Tenants - Overpaying Rent Documentary

Wanted: A disgruntled tenant unsure if they are overpaying (Dutch speaking prefered) for a documentary Recently two journalism students started doing a documentary about rent-busting and started following me around while I deal with all types of messy situations. One thing that they are missing is a demonstration about how I measure rooms/apartments. Unfortunately it is difficult to find people willing to go on camera to talk to them so I am requesting that anyone who is interested in busting their landlord but is unsure about whether or not they overpay leave a comment below.
