Electrical Grid Experts - Third-Party Verification of IBRs

I'm looking to interview electrical grid experts for the following article: As electricity demand continues to grow, utilities are rapidly connecting inverter-based resources (IBRs)—including solar generation and battery energy storage systems—to the electric grid. However, many of these facilities enter service without independent verification that they were built and configured according to their approved designs, interconnection agreements, or the models used by grid operators. When the performance of IBRs differs from what transmission operators expect, the consequences can include reduced grid reliability, operational disruptions, and increased risk during system disturbances.
