Employee Experiences for Corporate Closet LGBTQ Workplace Piece

Are you out at work? Hey all, Was curious how many folks here who are out in their real life might not be be out at work, and why. I've been out since my late 20's, but have always been somewhat strategic about how open I am, depending on the job/coworkers. Sometimes I just didn't feel I needed to come out since straight people don't. But I could think of one job where I kind of talked around it just because I had to work closely with some very conservative christians, and one job I was very open with it to my immediate team, but thought if the C-Suite found out they'd like really try and coerce me into being an ambassador at the local Pride festival (they were a progressive company but did something very similar to a Black coworker). Full transparency, I'm a writer working on a piece about the "corporate closet" and just trying to get some different experiences (would never use anything specific before first asking, FYI...this is just what we call "background research").
