European Space Security Experts - Space Shield & IRIS2 Delays

I am writing a story for Via Satellite about the European space defence initiatives, looking at the European Space Shield but also problems with #IRIS2. It's becoming increasingly hard to understand why it takes Europe a decade to put together a constellation of 300 sats when Starlink is launching about the same number every month.
