Everyday Life Case Studies Needed for NOLA Area Documentary

Looking for interesting people for a documentary I am making a documentary where I want to focus on three or four individuals who live in and around the NOLA area. I'm not looking for people who are well known, or even those who seemingly live extra ordinary lives - although I’m open to all. I want to create a character study showing the contrast of people's everyday life. Maybe it's a fisherman, or someone who cares for a sick loved one, a musician, gravedigger - it could be any and everything. If someone's got a story to tell and could be interested in hearing more, it would be great to hear about them - or you if you're reading this! Thanks
