Journalism student looking for more information about whackers Hello! I'm a student at the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism working on a story about whackers and how police departments make it relatively easy to impersonate officers. It will be my master's project, and will most likely not go anywhere other than just my portfolio but I can't promise anything- I'm extremely interested in this, and will focus less on the impersonators and more on the accessibility of real police equipment.
