Facebook Users With Permanently Disabled Accounts - No Meta Contact

Has anyone had the experience of having their Facebook account permanently disabled, with no way to contact Meta? I’m working on a story and would like to get input from both individuals and businesses about how you handled the problem and how it was or was not resolved.
