We launched a new online fingerboard magazine
We’ve been building Kingpin Magazine because we want to create something new, fresh, and genuinely useful for the fingerboard community.
It’s an online-only magazine covering the history, people, brands, competitions, products, and moments that have shaped fingerboarding.
That includes detailed era breakdowns showing how the scene, products, media, and riding styles have evolved; features on influential competitions like Fast Fingers and their place in fingerboard history; profiles of current riders and creators; brand stories; upcoming drop coverage; interviews; event recaps; and deeper looks at the gear and culture behind the scene.
We’re currently talking with more than 20 brands about sharing upcoming releases, behind-the-scenes details, and fresh news directly with the community. We’ll also continue highlighting interesting brands, riders, events, and projects even when we haven’t connected with them yet.
This isn’t meant to replace the amazing work being done by print publications like Plies Magazine. We see Kingpin as something complementary: a regularly updated online space that can document both fingerboarding’s history and what’s happening across the scene right now.
