Food Safety Professionals - AI in Food Safety - FDF Event July

I am working on an event with the The Food and Drink Federation in July where we are exploring the use of AI in food safety - what's working, what's lacking and what is coming down the road. So far, we've uncovered some very interesting and exciting topics where AI is being used for gap analysis, horizon scanning, regulation comparison and agentic work.
