Food System Stakeholders - Path to 80% Food Security

With the government beginning to make calls to stock up on tins of food - our food security is becoming an increasingly red flag issue. So, what would it become to be 80% food secure again like we were in the 1980's. Is it even possible any more? It can't just be down to the individual - households stock piling can't be a mid or even long term strategy but its highly unlikely food security is going to be a central strand in our governments' strategies (although imagine how it could positively affect health, poverty, net zero, the circular economy). There is lots happening out there - so if you are in the food ecosystem (even doing something tiny) and are working towards this, or know what it would take to become 80% food secure again, I'd love to hear from. I'd like to compile a series of very short film snippets - just to help us all think.
