Home Buyers & Renovators Overspent $20k+ - Decision-Making Psychology
***MEDIA CALL OUT***
I want to look at the interesting phenomenon of something I am calling "property math" - people who find themselves going 20k, 50k, 100k+ above what they originally budgeted for a home (renovation and/ or buying), money that in other contexts would be considered eye wateringly high.
I am keen to speak to anyone who has done this (this is NOT a shaming article) because I am so interested in the decision making processes/ psychology behind these sorts of decisions.
Please email me on [email redacted] or DM me on here if you are interested or know of anyone who is -- would really appreciate any help!
