Homeowners 1+ Year Post-Renovation - Lessons Learned

As you may already know, Sheri Scott and I host a weekly podcast, called Home: The Second Story. Over the course of nearly 75 episodes, we've been digging into homeowners' stories about their own projects - the good, the bad, and the ugly - and bringing their wisdom to folks considering a project of their own. In short, we ask our guests: "what do you know now, that you wished you knew before you started?" We kept hearing so many stories from homeowners like this - "if we had known, we would have done it differently!" - so we started recording the conversations!
