Hypermobility Case Studies in Menopausal Women for Video Interviews

Limbo and lax muscles! I have worked with menopausal and peri menopausal women for 10 years and often guide in hypermobiity challenges but really haven’t looked at this in my own life even when it’s been mentioned by a few close to me. Then … a short chat with my lovely friend and associate Megan Stachini led me down a very interesting rabbit hole! 🤓 Sometimes it just takes a voice note at the right time when you’re ready to hear it! ….resulting in my realisation that I’m hypermobile 😳… which explains why I could always touch the floor with my palms without bending my knees and was very good at the limbo …. but it’s also a big reason why I have always had .. ✔️Sore joints ✔️Muscle fatigue ✔️Sometimes extreme fatigue, ✔️Terrible coordination! ✔️Easily bruised skin. ✔️Gastrointestinal Issues: constipation, and slow stomach emptying. ✔️Panic attacks There is also a known link to neurodivergent conditions like ADHD and I’m definitely neurodivergent! There is a lot more to add to this list but I’d love to hear from you or anyone you know who’s experiencing similar as I’m going to be carrying out some video interviews soon. It’s only taken me nearly 60 years to work it out so I’d love to shorten that time for others 🙄😬 Cheers to all those who celebrate special days in the year 🙌🏼 as it’s international women’s day today. #journorequest #hypermobile #hormones
