Interview With Current or Former Bicycle Thief for Research

Do you know a Bycycle Thief? I'm looking to interview someone who steals bikes (or used to). It wont take much time, guaranteed you remain anonymous / safe and there is no judgement. Only trying to understand your perspective for a research task - I am a filmmaker.
