JES Network Teachers in Takikawa - 2007-2009 Skye Budnick Case

Looking for teachers that were in Hokkaido in early 2008 Looking for anyone who taught for JES Network (based in Takikawa, Hokkaido) or a similar small dispatch/ALT company in the Sapporo–Takikawa–Sorachi area around 2007-2009 I've been independently researching the 2008 disappearance of Skye Budnick, an American woman who went missing in Hokkaido in April 2008 after checking out of a ryokan near Noboribetsu and saying she was heading to Sapporo. She was never seen again. One theory I'm working on is that she may have been trying to arrange an ALT/English teaching job through a small dispatch company called JES Network (still operating today, based in Takikawa) or a similar agency, possibly starting that April. If you (or anyone you know) taught in that region through JES Network or an affiliated/similar dispatch company around that time, I'd love to hear from you — even just general memories of the company, other teachers in the cohort, or the small expat community in that corner of Hokkaido back then. Any detail could help, even if it seems minor. Happy to answer questions about the case or share what I've found so far. Thanks for reading.
