Job Seekers - Hiring Silence & AI Impact on Applications

This past week, I sent a check-in message to a few people who were looking for work. Just a simplequestion to people I did not know: how is it actually going? The honesty in the replies has been overwhelming. People wrote about the silence after 200 applications. About CVs that no human ever even opened. They wrote about how disheartening it is to scroll past post after post that sell AI agents as better workers than they are. And the fact that, after all of it, they still believe in their craft and in what they have to give. So I want to open it up. If you're job hunting right now, I'd love to hear from you.
