Journalists & Writers - Deliberately Imperfect Writing to Avoid AI

Hello friends, this one is SPECIFICALLY for the fellow journalists. I'm working on a piece about writers who are deliberately soundinglesspolished just to avoid being mistaken for AI. So I'm curious... Have you ever: - Changed your writing style because you didn't want it to sound AI-generated? - Deleted words likequietorenduring, or caught yourself avoiding the "not this, but this" style of phrasing because it felt a little too ChatGPT-coded? - Swapped out an em dash, toned down overly polished prose, or deliberately left in a few imperfections? - Had a client, editor or publication question whether something you wrote was AI-generated because of a detector?
