Kerala Local Stories & Hidden Histories for Documentary

In search of good stories for a documentary. Hi Everyone! I’m an aspiring filmmaker and storyteller who wants to make small, honest documentaries about people and places that often go unnoticed. I’m interested in real stories of people who’ve done/does maybe incredible things or even the simplest of things that makes us smile, and the hidden history and culture around us in Kozhikode/Kerala. For example, there's an island in Kadamakudy, Kochi where just a single person has been living in that island for years with his dog or like the different types of theyyams and the history and culture behind it or places or food people dont know about etc. The type of content I am aspiring to make is of the following kind in the images.
