I'm working on a piece about what happens to kiosks at the end of their life, and wanted to ask a few quick questions to the group. Anything you could offer would be appreciated.
Here's what I was thinking:
What generally happens to your kiosks at the end of their life?
How do you design your kiosks for a longer service life—for example, through modular components, repairability, software support, and upgrade paths—and what percentage of a typical kiosk can realistically be reused or recycled at the end of life?
Anything about this issue that's important to mention?
Thanks!
Richard
