♦️ Some news: After more than a decade reporting on Russia, I'm switching beats. From now on, I'll be covering Latin America for POLITICO and a number of other publications as part of the Axel Springer Global Reporters Network. It's hard to step away from the Russia beat while the war in Ukraine is still ongoing and what happens there will remain close to my heart. I'm also saying goodbye to Brussels, the POLITICO Europe newsroom, and its stellar team (special shoutout to my longtime editor Stephan Faris).
