Leaders for Future of Leadership Newsletter on Generational Divide

Hey I'm Christy πŸ‘‹ And over the years, I've been passionate about a lot of things. You've seen me leap with both feet into a world of global travel to satisfy my passion for culture and understanding. You watched as I passionately faced my fears and helped others do the same. Many of you were with me as I found my stride as a copywriter and shot up the corporate ladder (thinking it would last forever). And now you see me here in this photo, radiating passion and vitality even though physically, I was at an all-time low. A great author once said the 2 most important moments in life are the day we're born, and the day we find out why. This photo was snapped as I found out my why. From giving speeches to my stuffed animals at 5, to living across 35 countries, to months-long immersive learning with the world's top leadership experts, to refining my communication skills through brand unity.... Every life experience has led me to this moment. To leading the most important conversation of today -- our future. I'm not just envisioning a world where "this entitled, unmotivated generation" is replaced by the most innovative and intuitive generation yet. I've seen it firsthand. It 100% comes down to how we lead. I know that's a scary for some, but remember, I'm passionate about helping others embrace change, fear, and vulnerability 😜 If you're with me, show me some love in the comments. My first newsletter on the future of leadership drops tomorrow and I'm looking to feature leaders on both sides of the generational divide for the next one. We're going to be alright, y'all. But like any good relationship, it's going to take us coming together and working on our communication skills to get there ✌️ #HospitalityLeadership #LeadershipDevelopment #ExecutiveLeadership #TalentRetention #PeopleFirstLeadership #FutureOfWork #NextGenWorkforce #CultureAndLeadership #GenerationalLeadership #HotelManagement
