Licensed Social Workers - Delayed Licensure After Exam

I PASSED THE EXAM. I’M STILL WAITING TO BECOME LICENSED. I thought passing the exam was the finish line. After six unsuccessful licensure exams, I finally passed. Then I learned there was another system waiting on the other side. My license is still pending, so I'm not writing this story from the finish line. I'm writing it from the middle. And maybe that's the best time to examine a system—while you're still experiencing it.
