LinkedIn, you've always been full of stories -- trivial, triumphant, and of course, traumatic.
While all stories have their appeal, I'm trying to dive deeper into the third: Trauma in the workplace.
Think of your boss screaming at you in front of your whole department. The colleagues who shunned you for not speaking their language. The time a client humiliated you just for accidentally using the wrong text.
(I hope the examples above aren't too triggering.)
It's a common set of incidents that's not really new to this era, but the discourse surrounding it has shifted from merely pointing it out or experiencing it -- to actively healing from it.
So here's me appealing to the broader world of LinkedIn -- have you ever faced workplace trauma? If yes, how have you been holding up?
I'd love to hear from you, so please send me a DM.
