Littleton Small Business Owners - 1st Street Farms Impact & $2M Loan

Would anyone in Littleton be willing to comment on the recently approved, Peyton Manning inspired Brewery/Restaurant/Event Space? I am working on a story assignment that will cover the opening of the new brewery, restaurant, and events center in Littleton named, 1st Street Farms. I am trying to get a better understanding of the local opinions and perspective on the project. Specially, but not limited to, how large scale, corporation owned restaurants affect the local businesses and communities around them. I understand the city has approved a 2 million dollar loan towards the project as well and would be interesting in hearing any thoughts or opinions on that. If anyone would be interested in giving an interview or comment about the project let me know!
