Medical Expert on Hormonal Testing for Perimenopause & Menopause

Need a source for "No reputable doctor or menopause society recommends hormonal testing to diagnose or treat peri/menopause" one of the points the mod bot posts in this sub when blood tests come up. (I messaged the mod a few days ago asking for a source and didn't get a reply) OR a source for anything like post menopause is treated based on symptoms not blood tests. Thanks in advance!
