BALUT in Mexico City? Looking for locals who know more Hi, I’ll be visiting Mexico City in about a week and a half, and I was wondering if there are people here who know more about balut. As a documentary filmmaker, I find it a really interesting dish that I’ve heard a lot about, and I’d love to speak to someone who knows more about the history, preparation, and culture around it.
