NASCAR Personnel Sept 2001 - Post 9-11 Dover Weekend

I am in the early stages of working on a story about NASCAR and the experiences of those in the sport in the immediate aftermath of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, as well as the Sept. 21-23, 2001 race weekend at Dover that saw NASCAR return to racing after the attacks.
