Nebraskans on Medicaid - Medically Frail Exemption Eligibility

Source Request: Looking to talk with folks on Medicaid who are trying to navigate whether they would be exempt from work requirements under the "medically frail" clause. Would be great to talk with Nebraskans (where work requirements have already rolled out) but I'm open to talking with ppl in other states. Thank you!
