Non-Aviation Company Spokesperson - Financial Costs of Disruption

So today I’m looking for something a bit different - someone, or a company spokesperson, who actually * doesn’t * work in aviation. I know. Shocker. I’m writing an article for a well-known industry publication about disruption mitigation and have plenty of helpful aviation bods I can talk to about this already. But I also want to look at the financial costs of disruption to a company that has nothing to do with big flying things. Any company, any industry. Anybody fancy discussing with me?
