Out-of-State Students-Families on Florida University Cap Bill

This week, I spent a lot of time gathering sources for stories on various bills currently under consideration in the Florida legislature. At the moment, our biggest story is about a bill that would cap out-of-state acceptance at Florida's preeminent universities at 5%.
