Parents & Students in Wallenpaupack SD - Bullying & Ignored IEP & 504

Looking for students/parents who have experienced Bullying and/or schools ignoring IEP/504 plans Has anyone in the Wallenpaupack School District experienced serious bullying issues, lack of intervention by administration, or problems getting proper accommodations/support for a child with an IEP or 504 plan? We are especially looking to hear from parents or students who may have experienced: Repeated bullying being ignored or minimized Disability-related harassment Failure to follow or honor IEP/504 accommodations Staff dismissing concerns about student safety Retaliation after reporting bullying or advocating for a child Lack of protection for medically vulnerable or disabled students We are trying to better understand whether these issues are isolated incidents or part of a larger pattern within the district.
