Peer support team leaders, what do YOU actually need? Writing a piece, heading to DFW / Minnesota / DC I've been talking to peer support team leaders at a handful of departments over the past few months, and there is a trend I'm hearing (especially in mid-size/small departments): Almost nobody asks how the peer support team itself is doing and is being supported I want to dig deeper into that for an article I'm writing.
